Flexibility

Take your Extension Anywhere. CloudCall™ offers apps for smartphones and Mac, or Windows laptops that allow users to use their extension from anywhere, seamlessly integrated as if they were in the school. Not only are all calls to the office free of charge, but ‘single number’ technology allows staff to take / make calls on multiple devices without having to divulge personal numbers to parents as the school number would be displayed at all times.

Call Management

You can manage your calls from your desktop and make and receive calls via the office phone system from your computer, even whilst out of the office. Using a headset you can even use our CloudCall™client as a full desk phone replacement.

The ‘Digital Receptionist’

This allows CloudCall™ to answer phone calls automatically and present callers with a menu of options relating to school operations. You can configure digital receptionists with its own extension number and set these to answer calls based on the incoming number called and the time the call is received, i.e inside or outside of school hours. You can have a different prompt for out of school hours to not include the option(s) to transfer the call to unavailable extensions or calling groups. The system is also very easy to configure over school holiday periods, allowing callers to leave messages or to confirm when staff will be on-site.  

Voicemail

With CloudCall™ voicemail to email feature, a handy notification along with the recording of the message is delivered directly to your inbox from the phone system; so there’s no need to worry about missing an important message again.

Colleague Presence

The ability to view the status of other colleagues (Presence) is a great time saver avoiding unnecessary call transfers and makes managing and working with remote employees easier than ever.
