TSI offers a range of IT support services that have been created specifically to suit schools, academies and colleges in their day to day operations. The service is made up of remote and onsite services keeping teaching and learning at the heart of what we do.
Remote support (telephone, web portal and email) is operated by a team of highly skilled professionals on the TSI Service Desk. Our innovative Service Desk provides a single point of contact for all enquiries and support requests by logging and monitoring of all incidents by designated school staff. Remote support provides unlimited telephony support that will resolve most issues at first point of contact including assistance with administration, faults, and major outages.
The service package includes unlimited telephone and remote support calls including assistance with hardware, core services, higher level support issues and major outage emergencies. It also covers an advice facility to assist the in-house staff with planning projects and ICT development / strategy plans. The service desk identifies and escalates schools whom are having recurring issues to proactively manage a plan to resolve this. Reporting software strategically analyses packages to ensure that your school has the right service for them. Service desk calls are triaged and prioritised to ensure that the most emergent issues are dealt with in a timely way and engineers deployed to site where necessary.
TSI World has a professional team of field engineers who are enhanced DBS checked and hold recognised IT professional qualifications. Your engineer will provide you with a personalised onsite resolution service for those things that cannot be done remotely or require a more technical/hands on approach. They look after all of your devices, audio equipment and network services. They will work with your school in partnership as one of the team to fully understand the technical support requirements in detail and to ensure that they offer a high level of IT support and excellent customer service.
We offer varying packages of onsite support to meet your school’s needs and budgets from ½ a day per month on site, right through to 5 days with multiple engineers. You can also have some flexibility with your plan by purchasing a number of additional onsite days and ask for these as required. At TSI we appreciate that needs change over the year and some times of the term are always more busy than others and therefore have developed a flexible approach if you require more ad hoc support and will also endeavour to provide this.
IT Managed Service
TSI offers a managed service capability to our education customers where TSI personnel operate the IT services within a school or academy. This allows the school to hand over the responsibility for IT services to TSI, allowing the school to focus on education. As well as being able to offer a bespoke professional IT service to meet the school requirements it also reduces IT costs.
