Excellent service delivery through consistent attention to detail

About the school:

Fielding is a large primary school educating 3-11 year olds, serving the Northfields community of Ealing, London.

The school accommodates up to 120 places in each age group from Reception (start of statutory school age) to Year 6 (final primary year before transfer to High school), organised into 4 classes of up to 30 children.  A 100 place Nursery operates 2 sessions, morning and afternoon, with 50 places in each session.

Fielding opened for the first time in the school year 1954-55.  The thousands of children who have passed through it’s doors over the past half century are now making their mark in the world.

The Service:

TSI World is currently providing a varied service package with on-site and remote support, back-up and cloud services, IP telephone systems management, project work for improving existing systems and implementing new solutions.

Over the years these have allowed for increased efficiency and effectiveness in delivering the desired value and service for the end user: staff, pupils and parents alike.

Frustration technology in school ends with TSI’s support.  Every member of the TSI team has been fantastic.  All of our ICT support needs in school have been met including long standing issues being resolved.  Nothing has been too much of a problem for them.  Since switching to TSI, support costs have plummeted, the quality of service has rocketed and new applications for ICT use have opened up – giving even greater value for money.

Project work:

Amongst the more recent project work which took place at Fielding is the build of a new ICT suite and a consistent network upgrade.

The ICT suite:

We started off with an empty room and delivered a fully fitted ICT suite available for use immediately. The request was very clear – fit 30 pupils and pc’s at any one time. Have it all up and running with the current network and

This included everything from the trunking, cabling…..

A 65 inch Smart Interactive screen has been installed and an Intel NUC Mini PC connected behind it. Accompanied by a wireless mouse and keyboard this made for a very space efficient solution given the small space.
